Cancelling your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your purchase and you will be entitled to a full refund including the delivery cost of the order. If you wish to return an item please email sandrayhc@btinternet.com within seven days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition. Items lost in transit will not be our responsibility.
Refunds are made via your original payment method and will be processed within 28 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us by emailing sandrayhc@btinternet.com within 7 days of receipt and arrangements will be made to send a replacement. If damage has been caused whilst shipping please retain all packaging materials as the delivery company may request to see evidence of the damage.
